Loving your channel, some really great trips and everything is nicely filmed and edited.

This video makes me want to do Cloud’s Rest. I’m pretty sure you’ve done Sentinel Dome but i reccomend it to anyone who is on a trip and lacks the time to do a long hike. It is just a short hike but the views are great and if you do it in the morning there are no crowds. For me it was one of the highlights in Yosemite and much more rewarding than queueing at Glacier Point.

It’s now been about 2 years since I moved to Cali from S. Korea. I did my first camping in Joshua Tree last summer and found myself love being in nature. My next summer goal is to hike half dome and Whitney. I appreciate your job and happy new year! 🙂

so what happened to the rain this year   I go hiking but no streams or creeks to get more water   so you can only go so far    ever go to the Cleveland national forest north or south   I hike in the north part   I’m slow but I get there and back   the outdoors are bad ass

It’s mean, but I’ll say it: I trust this guy’s food recommendations. He’s like me: hikes hard, but eats hard, so he’s chubby.

My favorite adventure of 2017 was hiking The Subway at Zion National Park with friends. It was such a challenging hike but unbelievably worth it. Here is my video of that awesome day. Thanks for letting me share it! https://youtu.be/Ogc8CqcJeOo

Happy New Year! Love your channel, all the trips are shot well and informative ! I live in San Diego and your videos on 3 sisters and ocean beach are spot on. Your video to Second Lake has inspired me to check that place out! I know its not California, but my sister and a couple friends went out to Havasupai, AZ in 2017 for the first time and I shot/ edited this video on my iPhone. Since your into backpacking you have GOT to check this place out! 10 mile hike through the grand canyon to 5 stunning different waterfalls with blue green water. Check it out and keep your videos coming ! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5O-W7WDQGVg

If you look at the comments in your 24 hours in Yosemite High Country, I gave you crap about going to May Lake and not hiking Mt Hoffmann…well, I went and did it!

Video quality isn’t the best because the haze from the fires rolled in. At the end of the video the smoke had me sniffling and it sounds like I’m about to cry! Sucks, because if you watch my previous video from May Lake it was clear with blue skies. Had I gotten up there earlier the panorama would have been so much better! https://youtu.be/Q7BhLjJt_jU

Thanks for the video! 2017 was an amazing year for us. During our working holiday in New Zealand we discovered your channel and it really helped us to prepare our 32 days trip through California. The whole year was an amazing adventure, but our 4 day hike through Yosemite NP from Sunrise to Yosemite Valley was totally breathtaking! We hiked over Clouds Rest as you did and luckily we got a permit for Half Dome in the lottery one day before we started so that we did this one as well. Thanks also for your inspirations in the Death Valley video. We have been there as well!

We also did a lot of landscape photography published on Instagram and most of our landscape pictures are still on the hard drive so we would be happy if you check out our Instagram account at https://www.instagram.com/ednarb29 as more pictures will arrive continuously.

We really enjoy your videos, so keep going in 2018! 🙂

I have been to Clouds Rest twice and it is awesome. You have to go to Wagon Wheel Falls on another trip in Yosemite
