Check out matagorda texas jetty park. Camping is also free or at most $10 for an annual pass. And the view is even better. Can’t beat the view of the ocean.

Hi Sally, Lake Meredith is very impressing in it’s surroundings. It reminds me of Pyramid Lake, (man made) in California. If one likes meditation, it would be the place to be. I am sure Meredith lake is very serene, and the scenery beautiful. What makes it more lavishing, is your giving us a tour of it. Thank you for the video, and making it interesting and fun. ๐Ÿ™‚

They made the bathrooms gender neutral by doing away with the urinals. great, now people are just going to have to deal with more people pissing on the toilet seats and in the showers.๐Ÿคจ

So awesome video as always. It is so flat there, but so beautiful. Really, this is unbelievable how many stunning places there are in our beautiful earth.
I am so grateful for people like yourself who show all those places they go to themselves.
It is also great to see and hear if all the amenities and facilities available. Can’t believe it is actually free to camp there. Super!

Lake Meredith and Palo Duro Canyon are the best places to camp in the Panhandle of Texas. Second biggest Canyon in America so beautiful. A lot of people wouldn’t believe a Canyon smaller then The Grand Canyon is in Texas and in the Panhandle of all places.
