We spent three days at Disney on a tight budget! Did you know there was camping at Disney World? And it’s a short boat ride away from the magic kingdom! Before our RV adventures, we had no idea that Disney had a resort and campground option. Not only was it a good deal financially, but the site did not disappoint!

We didn’t buy any park tickets and had a GREAT TIME! Most importantly, we were still able to make it magical for our young kids. We got there around 4pm, so we had just a few hours to explore before we had to make it back to Fort Wilderness for a Sing-along with Chip and Dale!

Sorry about the text box we left in there! We realized it after a 5 hour upload and weren’t about to go through that again! #rvproblems!

Here are some tips about the things we did on our first day!

Just stumbled on your channel and subscribed. We will have to go back and watch all your videos from the start. My wife and I stayed at Fort Wilderness last year for our 25th anniversary. I wish we would have traveled with the kids full time when we were younger. Enjoy each day before you know it the kids will be in high school and college. Thanks for the videos, I know they take work to do.

You probably already know this, but If you stand at the front of the monorail at Disney, you can ride in the very front with the driver (I think 4 people can fit). It gives a great view, and it’s fun! http://www.themouseforless.com/blog_world/2017/02/ride-up-front-on-the-monorail-at-disneyland/

My wife is so angry that i found this video. We have full-time rvd for a year already in 2009-10, but without kids. We are about to start the full-time life again, but this time with 2 kids. She insists that we will go to Disney world"for the kids". I consider Disney to be the biggest coordinated rip-off of modern times. I always say "let’s compromise and do what that YouTube family did!"

My husband and I rented an rv and stayed at Ft Wilderness for our 30th Anniversary. We have been to the parks many times over the years so we opted to forego them this time and we really enjoyed riding the boat and monorail to the different resorts and dining in places we had never been because we were too busy going to the parks. You are amazing parents 💖 I homeschooled my two boys and we traveled a lot ( not in an rv though) who are now young adults starting their own lives and we are planning to go fulltime next January 🎉🎉🎉
I love that you are documenting these amazing adventures.

We tent camped there in middle of June for our Disney moon. I love the camp ground but wouldn’t recommend tent camping in summer time.chip and dale are so much fun.

Having no idea what the name of the campground is right at the beginning destroyed any interest I had in anything you had to say in this video. One word… PREPARE !
