While those are good choices BUT how is he going to carry all that? I like Couscous. it’s lightweight and you can add dried veggies and chicken to it to bulk it up. Also I like to eat mochi rice cake with sugar, cinnamon and butter for dessert before I got diagnosed as a diabetic. now all I see is carbs carbs carbs. I got a can for a buck of "southwestern meal starter". All you have to add is rice and its good to go.

Not my taste in meat selection (don’t care for Spam), but great haul! I like the Ready to Eat Meals by Betty Crocker. Not to terribly cheap, but they are good.

Thanks, my most popular video we do jiffy pop as an night snack over the fire grill. It’s tricky not to burn the popcorn, I always bring extra. Yummm and not to salty.

Good video, going back to old school. The problem of freezes dried foods for short or day trip is cost and taste. While old time simple foods are forgotten or by passed. At time, during my camping days. I ate better than my fellow hikers.

    Great budget choices!
Your Dollar Tree kicks our Dt ‘s butt !
Shhhh You should Put that " starsnstripes Mountain into a Mountain dew Bottle : ) with a touch of non toxic glue in the cap ( to make it seem un opened)
I Like All the options you now have with those tortillas !This is the first budget camp meal haul that does Not have Ramen. and that is Not a bad thing.

A lot of people don’t like spam but I do. I like it specially for camping nice spam sandwich, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese can’t beat that on a camping trip.

Hey my friend! Awesome video! Thanks so much for sharing!
    Stay blessed!

I must protest. Pop Tarts do not count as breakfast, they are a snack or dessert at best. A box of pancake mix would be better and would go well with the SPAM for breakfast .

Good choices. Especially the Stove top stuffing. It’s good camping food you don’t see a lot of folks using. I cook mine using the freezer bag method. But you overlooked the Ramen, mashed potato’s and peanut M&Ms. Gotta have peanut M&Ms. Looking forward to the trip video. Thanks Caroline.
