I was playing a game of Draw with a couple friends and I got a royal flush, but I didn’t know poker very well so i threw away the 10, and subsequently lost. This was very informative.

In 5 card stud players are not dealt 1 card face up and 2 face down at the beginning….but 1 up and 1 down….also the structure of the game may vary according to factors like if you’re playing it strip deck, full deck, antes, or classic small blind and big blind….I would also like to inform anyone who believes that texas holdem is poker that in reality it isn’t. Holdem is, and should be considered by anyone poker at 10%. Contrary to 5 card stud which is 100% poker…It is just for such reason that it is not played anymore, and almost anyone younger that 45 years old even know of its existence.

In 5 card stud if your poker skillset isn’t good you can’t win (contrary to texas holdem where by a fish can win a tournament without almost knowing what he is doing). For some reason TH is good because fishes and tourists can go to play in casino and win, on the other hand for a true poker player (which is a race almost extinct), is the worst game to make a living with…

However, there are exceptional cases in any casino game, where someone could make a lot of money in one night in a period of time. In this so called Poker such instances are guys like: Feder Holz or other blessed people like him who had extreme luck in winning huge amounts of money in a short time frame. However if you Feder will ever read this, invest your money wisely in other businesses (but I’m sure you do as you look a cleaver guy) πŸ˜‚πŸ€’
