Cast up current to give the jig time to reach the bottom. There is so much involved with fishing the canal.. Cant’t be covered in one video.

  8. adam bender on November 11, 2019 at 10:32 pm

the only thing I didn’t like was the tossing of the fish in to the water so close to the rocks. easy release there….

The best place to get a 🐄 from shore. Best place for vacationers who don’t know shit to get a big fish. Locals crush this place!

How about you follow a family that practices catch and release next time. This is how we ended up with a moratorium. People taking along tons of kids just so they can rape the resource of breeders. As someone who fishes the canal everyday for 20 years it makes me sick what’s going on there right now. Dead fish floating down the canal because people catch a bigger one. Slamming small bass all over the rocks. Picking fish up by the gills then letting them go. If you can’t take the time to educate yourself before going out and enjoying the resource, stay home!!

Way to many people, did that once in Wisconsin for the salmon run, never again it was a circus. I like your videos, good context, keep them rollin.

Hey Senko! My dad came up with a patent product for fishing that is unique to other fishing accessories and I’m wondering if it can have some kind of exposure to your wonderful fishing oriented channel and is interested in talking business with you.

  26. Fong Yang on November 11, 2019 at 10:56 pm

    What rod did you use?

  27. lloyd hoboken on November 11, 2019 at 10:57 pm

I don’t wear a skirt when I fish the canal I wear a kilt, have a knife on my ankle as well and use bagpipes to serenade the fish to me. When the blues are in I lift my kilt and do the helicopter. I only catch bass over 30lbs since I blow all the small fish away with my he man scrote wind

Hi ! I love your videos, I’ve been learning a lot. I have a question for you, I’ve been thinking about buying the 12000 baitrunner from Shimano . I figured I could also use it to troll on my boat and also surf fish …any opinions on that ? Thank you !
