Kayaking at Bay Area Park, Houston, Texas
Paddling around the Bay Area Park and the Armand Bayou Coastal Preserve in my kayak on a sunny Labor Day holiday. I spotted a couple of alligators that quickly submerged as I approached (1:40 and 3:23).
Filmed in high-definition 1080p with my new Drift HD water resistant camera. I don’t yet have a proper head mount, but thankfully the Drift is small enough to be mouth-sized 🙂
The Google Maps GPS track of the first half of this paddling trip (up to where I turned around and paddled back) is at https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msid=210405704182443773443.0004c8d5268d841c2485e&msa=0
Thats crazy! What if you fell in with rhe alligators?!
Cool video. Last time I was there about two weeks ago, I saw four good size gators…
Is this safe to do by yourself?
Any gators?
