However, where is the Coyote? The most relentless and failed roadrunner predator, using all stuff ACME stores might have?

  2. John Drummond on April 5, 2023 at 2:51 am

That’s some cool gimbal work by the videographer. He must be a pretty good road runner himself to run alongside the bird like that.

P.S. – is anyone else thinking of Bugs Bunny and the Roadrunner? Only Wile E. Coyote was missing.

Swallowing a live centipede seems like a bad idea. I’m thinking venom and a scratchy feeling in the throat.
I thought they’re all more or less equipped with toxins?

The Roadrunner is a fascinating bird known for its incredible speed and agility. Watching it race against time is truly mesmerizing, and it serves as a reminder of the beauty and grace of the natural world.

Q #2: Does anyone else remember growing up with The Road Runner cartoons?

Q #3: Does anyone else wish that these vids are longer?

Wrong roadrunners aren’t only in the deserts of North America I have four pair on my property in north-central Arkansas and I have seen them in Tennessee so that’s far from being in the desert. Also around Huntsville in Texas that’s where my grandfather had his farm. Hundreds of roadrunners could be found in the pine prairies. Hundreds of miles from any desert.

Here, roasted by the sun. By the way, I have difficulty communicating because I had a stroke in Broca’s area, the part of the brain that controls speech. 2/8/2021 but I lived again. (My wife helped me compose this.)
