Is this still up for sale?

An "almost 4 mile perimeter" is going to be "almost 640 acres"… not 384. And $3000 (actually, $2935) per acre for unimproved hunting land is not much of a deal, not even in Texas. Someone bought it… but I’ll bet it was for a hell of a lot less.

I’d buy it in a minute if I had the jack. I e hunted Rocksprings for the last 5 years. He is right, you never know what you will see. Your not going to get that any place else in Texas. And just a side note. Fences, water wells, fire breaks and probably electricity, it all comes at a premium these days.

So what’s with the fenced feeders and water tank? To prevent cattle from taking it down?
