Hey, That a nice Hiking chanel you got there!
A lot of good informations and advices, I really like Via ferrata, there are a lot around where I live. 🙂

I’m also starting a "mountain hiking" chanel, It’s new and not as good as yours,
But I want to improve so it would be nice if you could have a look and give me some feedback! :p

keep it up with the great vids! 🙂

There is an error in your video. Aaron Ralston had his "adventure" in Bluejohn Canyon near Canyonlands National Park, not tame (other than the rattlesnakes) Spooky Gulch in the Escalante drainage. I would say that much scarier slot canyons would be Poe Canyon in the Waterpocket Fold of Utah, and Sandthrax Slot in North Wash, Utah. Look them up and I think you’ll agree… they are awe- and fear-inspiring. But I will concede in advance that they are not hikes but highly technical canyoneering routes. Cheers!

  29. Matt Potter on June 21, 2020 at 7:01 pm

Peek A Boo Gulch is a nothing hike. Why is it on this list? You can hike it in 5 minutes or less after a less than one mile hike. There is nothing scary about it. I have been in tighter and way deeper slot canyons. Also this is not anywhere close to where the guy that cut his arm off was. There is some rock scrambling, but that is it. Families hike there every weekend.

Don’t use the phrase "on point", don’t forget to roll those "r’s" and make sure you t’s aren’t pronounced as the f sound.

  34. lederhudler on June 21, 2020 at 7:06 pm

I concur that Angel’s Landing in Zion NP (southwestern Utah) should be in this list. The good news is that there is an iron chain to hang onto over the most dangerous section. But there’s one that’s got it beat. Borah Peak (Idaho’s high point) and the notorious "Chicken Out Ridge". Scared the dickens out of me. I met several folks that "chickened out" en route. If I ever do it again (I doubt it), I will take a 50-foot rope, or an ice ax. Or do as my hiking partner did – scale the boulders to the ridgeline and not attempt to cross the snow bridge. It looks easy – but one slip, and you are gone.

  36. papa jon on June 21, 2020 at 7:06 pm

Yes, Angels Landing Zion should be added

  37. The New on June 21, 2020 at 7:06 pm

Via Ferreta is one of the most fun things there are on this planet.

Besides that, this video makes me want to go and hike each of these.

  38. Connie G on June 21, 2020 at 7:07 pm

You have got to be kidding?…Bright Angel Trail in Grand Canyon…scary? Not even..It’s a wide, well maintained trail with marginal exposure. The main problem is that access is very easy, it’s right next to the Bright Angel Lodge and the main reason people die on that trail is because they don’t heed the very prominent warning at the top regarding the heat and bringing adequate water. Scary it is not. Trust me… There are far more difficult, dangerous and scary trails in the GC.

  39. sealand000 on June 21, 2020 at 7:09 pm

    They put railings on Huashan?

  40. roadstersmart on June 21, 2020 at 7:13 pm

Bright Angel trail is a better place during fall …..try South Kaibab trail to go down the GC and BA to go up

Your Gaelic pronunciation is lamentable. People going into the Highland hills should have at least a rudimentary understanding of the language and, out of courtesy, an ability to pronounce Gaelic place-names.
