Thanks for the video, always a good one! Nuclear power, it sure does get people riled up, best avoid it if you don’t want a meltdown in the comments!

I’m glad you found a way to show us these places. I’m really enjoying it.

If we prefer darkness better than nuclear shut them down; I prefer sufficient electricity and would vote for additional nuclear.

Yes, I do think nuclear power is safe and clean. Other than that, I do live your videos.

  10. Ricardo Carmona on April 7, 2023 at 1:33 am

This is one of the best videos of Texas.
I’ve seen i like how you went from town to town. Especially Calvert it’s historical & beautiful. 🇨🇱

Dude, nuclear power is the answer to our energy needs. It’s obvious to anyone with half a brain.

  12. Linda Leslie on April 7, 2023 at 1:35 am

💖Beautiful part of our Great State 🙋‍♀️

  13. Kenny Craven on April 7, 2023 at 1:36 am

Calvert homes remind me of the homes in Smithville.

  14. Barry Kaiser on April 7, 2023 at 1:40 am

I would love to visit Crockett Tx

  15. Dewayne Condra on April 7, 2023 at 1:42 am

Wind, water and solar will never ever ever provide the electrical needs of the world, and especially with them wanting everyone to switch to EVs.

Fossil fuels WILL run out…and then what?

    Come on man.

Calvert is a beautiful town but you have to be careful it is one big speed trap for the police

  17. Zelda Wilson on April 7, 2023 at 1:43 am

    Having lots of fun .

  18. Cynical Texan on April 7, 2023 at 1:45 am

    Nuclear is the future.

  19. Fernando Bermudez on April 7, 2023 at 1:48 am

Regarding your Nuclear Power plant comments , Solar and Wind are not reliable sources that are capable of generating the Core energy needed. California’s premature Green energy policies are already showing us all that. And anyone is mad enough to use Nuclear weapons the likely chain reaction that would follow would leave the world a cinder and it won’t matter.

Really enjoy your videos. I would comment and argue that I think your position is a bit alarmist on the subject of nuclear power plants. Sure Chernobyl is an example of mismanagement and poor design and Fukushima is an example of how building in a seismically active area might be bad but I don’t make the correlation between nuclear weapons and nuclear power plants. After the 2021 grid debacle I think we might consider expanding the use of them. Interesting side note on Calvert, didn’t hear you mention it. Once the second largest city in Texas behind Galveston at that time. We’ve got friends down that way, always enjoy visiting that part of our beautiful state.

Completely ignorant statement on nuclear power. Please study past the anti-nuclear power propaganda or don’t talk on things you’re not remotely educated on. And to be fair, I still love your videos. Thank you for making them.

  22. Sarah Allcorn on April 7, 2023 at 1:50 am

    Good video. Thank you.
I believe you are right…nuclear power plants would be on a high value target list during a war.

  23. James Teale on April 7, 2023 at 1:53 am

You missed one of the most historic places in TX at Crockett. Catholic church built by early Franciscan friars

  24. gunner5050 on April 7, 2023 at 1:53 am

Thank you for another awesome video! That State Park sure does look inviting! As for your opinion regarding nuclear power, that’s fine with me. We are all allowed opinions and I respect that. Keep those great videos coming!

  25. yupperdude1 on April 7, 2023 at 1:58 am

If there is a world war 3, and it hits stateside, regardless of nuclear power or not, we’re going back to the Stone Age.

  26. SenatorBulworth on April 7, 2023 at 2:02 am

    Music credits please.

  27. Aaron McCormick on April 7, 2023 at 2:03 am

I don’t think nuclear power plants and nuclear weapon building facilities are the same thing.

  28. David Kenworthy on April 7, 2023 at 2:04 am

I have enjoyed your videos until today, your comments regarding nuclear power are you’re opinion and as a result of sharing that opinion you have lost me as a subscriber! Good bye!

I think the dam at Gonzalez malfunctioned and there is no lake now. Correct me if I am mistaken.

Find the old people in Calvert to learn what is causing the decline – though it takes ppl who love the hometown & its history to understand these things.

  32. david rudd on April 7, 2023 at 2:08 am

I also have reservations about Nuclear power great and clean when it works and safe but…………? I hope we don’t learn a lesson like we did with the windmills a couple of winters ago

  33. Diana Marie H. on April 7, 2023 at 2:09 am

Just beautiful! Thank you so much for all of your incredible and very informative videos.

  34. spike Landman on April 7, 2023 at 2:11 am

I enjoyed your videos until today!!! Your political thoughts on Nuclear power had no place in the video. I would be more concerned with the Senile idiotic Senior citizen as President who has the control of Nukes!!! Go ahead and think your windmills will get us through a war. You lost your credibility.
