    I noticed your partner has what looks like Future Beach kayak. I looked at one at West Marine Future Beach 12′ $399.00 Looked OK to me. Looks to handle friend pretty well.

    its 4-5 feet deep there n we keep dry clothes in the cars…but yea.. it would suck
