  4. Nyckolas Seery on May 21, 2020 at 4:35 pm

  6. Mr Ross on May 21, 2020 at 4:39 pm

So much cringe in this video. Im a knife guy looking into getting into hunting. I didnt see one good item here for hunting. This looks like a hey buy our gerber junk bc theres two hunters on screen that know about two dicks about a knife. Really disapointed here Blade HQ

  7. DH artses & other stuffses on May 21, 2020 at 4:39 pm

  8. citruscord6 on May 21, 2020 at 4:40 pm

  9. FAIZA DAWJEE on May 21, 2020 at 4:41 pm

The best hunting knife (in my opinion) is the cold steel frontier bowie

  10. Atchoserveis on May 21, 2020 at 4:41 pm

I saw that sneaky “magazine clip?

  11. Modern Crusader on May 21, 2020 at 4:41 pm

  13. Venu Ganga on May 21, 2020 at 4:43 pm

    Hunin nives

  15. Bobby on May 21, 2020 at 4:45 pm

Replaceable blades are recommended by guys who don’t know Blade steel, how to sharpen "pull through sharpener", how to hone, care for, etc. Don’t listen to these folks. Learn to sharpen but most importantly learn to hone and strop. Ceramic rods and a piece of leather w/compound imbedded is very light and all you need in field to skin and dress 20 deer. Wonder why professional butchers don’t use these pull through sharpeners or replace blade knives??? Pick a good comfortable knife by a well respected maker. You sharpen once and hone for a lifetime.

Truck hunt and you never have to worry about weight. Drive down a logging road, spot the game, get out and shoot, and grab and go. Done.

  17. Stig Petersen on May 21, 2020 at 4:47 pm

Personally, for hunting, i think wooden handle is more classic, for hunting i also carry a rifle with wood stock and mostly a classic tweed jacket. My hunting knife is/was 300usd, a Härkila UME

  18. Greg M on May 21, 2020 at 4:49 pm

I like the way the Mtn Ops guys didn’t hold back their negative opinions.

  19. Jesse Curci on May 21, 2020 at 4:49 pm

Can you guys do a filet or fishing knife episode? I’m looking for a high quality filet knife made with one of the better steels we today. A filet knife is probably my most used knife I own, yet it’s also the lowest quality knife I own. Help me change that Blade HQ!

  20. Anthony Mancuso on May 21, 2020 at 4:50 pm

taking the meanest shit of my life right now. fucking dinosaur nuggets and bud light will FUCK YOU UP

  21. TGToughGuyXL on May 21, 2020 at 4:52 pm

I hunt out of a bag and always carry a large fix blade and a hatchet. It’s something you may never need but I would rather carry 2 extra pounds six miles and not use the tools than hike six miles back and end up needing them

  22. ethan kolodny on May 21, 2020 at 4:52 pm

    Magazine clip?

  23. Ralph Vaccaro on May 21, 2020 at 4:54 pm

    The buck 119 wins

  24. ethan box on May 21, 2020 at 4:56 pm

Why does the guy in the thumbnail look like he’s about to try to run up on that elk with a buck 119?

  25. Florida Man Prepper on May 21, 2020 at 4:58 pm

A wise dick of a man once said "what do ya hunt with a knife?" Hahaha.
    See? It can be done.
    Anyway fun video.

  26. Cole Lindbo on May 21, 2020 at 4:59 pm

I feel like havalon knives have made most field processing knives obsolete. The only reason for me to carry a regular fixed blade while hunting is for insurance purposes.

  27. Crosswalker on May 21, 2020 at 4:59 pm

Carry a Victorinox SAK and u don’t need an extra screwdriver or saw 😉

  28. mark urso on May 21, 2020 at 5:00 pm

that one hunting guy don"t like any of those knifes or most of them, there to heavy omg . maybe you hunt a beer with one inch blade lol" thats not heavy ;,)

  29. Neglekt Official Channel on May 21, 2020 at 5:01 pm

    Salute gentlemen.

  30. Iven Gideonv on May 21, 2020 at 5:04 pm

I have heard of a man that hunts wild boar with a throwing knife

  31. Fosty on May 21, 2020 at 5:04 pm

Did anyone else think the thumbnail was a video game like DayZ?

  32. R Sjr on May 21, 2020 at 5:07 pm

The benchmade over-priced crap for a hunter. You can get a Essee 3 or 4 much cheaper and made better for retention when skinning or any task really.

  33. The Salty Pickle2 on May 21, 2020 at 5:09 pm

This is the first time I noticed "magazine clip" 4:37 and i gotta say it was worth rapidly hitting the pause button to see it

  34. Deacon Belile on May 21, 2020 at 5:10 pm

    Were’s the Buck 120?

  35. Blue Duck on May 21, 2020 at 5:10 pm

This is absurd. Use the knife to make a spear or bow and arrows. …. 🤨

  36. Asbestos on May 21, 2020 at 5:12 pm

no point buying a knife you never use

  37. BILLY BLACK on May 21, 2020 at 5:12 pm

But fuck 119 is what it sounded like tell me you didn’t hear the same thing❗

  38. Gi Joe on May 21, 2020 at 5:14 pm

I wanted a chubby little dude running with a knife and then behind a furious moose. This is a disappointing.

  39. MrLongboarder87 on May 21, 2020 at 5:15 pm

A USA made Schrade Old Timer Sharpfinger or a custom Sharpfinger with a more modern steel is my favorite skinner.

  40. Big Kyle on May 21, 2020 at 5:17 pm

That gerber saw is used every time I field dress a deer. Pelvic bone, and on any deer I don’t mount I cut the Brest bone all the way to the base of the neck. Makes field dressing a 3 to 5 minute job.

  41. Nyckolas Seery on May 21, 2020 at 5:18 pm

It’s funny but the trucks never a little bit away I’ve dragged deer 4 miles out with a rope on it after gutting it but I live in New York and that’s how I hunt plus we hang them

  42. Its.me.Colton on May 21, 2020 at 5:21 pm

You mentioned mora kniv but it didn’t make the line up??? Cheap, awesome, and lightweight. Mine has a flint steel on the handle and if I lose it its not hard to replace for less then $20.

  43. Ashton Burney on May 21, 2020 at 5:23 pm

If thay thought that knife was big thay should see mine

  44. Mike Phillips on May 21, 2020 at 5:23 pm

I have the fixed Buck Alpha Hunter with rosewood handles and S30V blade steel and absolutely love it. Buck discontinued this knife a few years ago but it’s one of my favorites as far as design and aesthetics (for us knife guys…).

  47. Barone B on May 21, 2020 at 5:26 pm

  49. jlastre on May 21, 2020 at 5:29 pm

The Idaho Fish and Game used to put out a video for processing an Elf. The Conservation Office did it with a *Leatherman.*
