AFFILIATE LINK DISCLOSURE: Friends, making a quality Loloho video is kind of like making sausage – only slightly more violent. It’s a ridiculous amount of work that typically involves high dollar camera drops, blue-screen-of-death computer crashes, and at least one angry shotgun wielding old man shouting, “Hey! Get the hell outta here!” Once the final video is posted, rewards here on YouTube are few and far between (unless you are a masochist who enjoys being verbally abused by anonymous trolls). One saving grace is our affiliate links. JUST CLICKING THESE LINKS HELPS TO SUPPORT OUR LITTLE SHOW. Think of this clicking as like tipping – except that it doesn’t cost you anything extra! If you eventually make a purchase via one of our affiliate links, we will receive a few pennies (and Sean typically invests these pennies in duct tape and video gear). I love the Tetons! I go camping at shadow mountain. I’m lucky to live just about 5 hours away in Utah! 🙂

Loved your video. Awesome tips. We are headed to the Tetons next week for our 25th Anniversary 😀

I love that place. You guys have been such an inspiration. Thank you for all your videos. I was so nervous about getting an rv. I have been doing research for nearly 2 years, but last year I discovered your videos. After watching hours with my wife we got serious again. We finally got a pretty nice one. Being in Montana we’re in Glacier quite a bit. 5 times last year alone. Oh ya, we got a 2017 27 foot hide out, 4 season. Loloho…

Our daughter works at Jackson Hole and loves the area. We visit her every chance we get. It is amazing.

Drones are banned in Teton. How’d you get those shots without breaking the rules?

    Thanks great video and information.

#1 Scenery! Most scenic mountains in the country. Yes! A close second though is also in Wyoming, Pilot Peak, and Index Peak in the Absaroka range along Chief Joseph Highway East of the northeast entrance to Yellowstone. 😊

Camped at Gros Ventre Slide in circa 1979. I was 28. I remember it like it was yesterday – the beauty of the area was only exceeded by the beautiful girl I was with. Married her in 1981. She continues to put up with my low down ways after all these years. Like the John Prine/Iris DeMent song, "In Spite of Ourselves." Thankyou Grand Teton National Park!

Ok, I’m not going to Grand Teton your secret is safe with me. There is not enough concrete to remind me of home. Thank you for a very nice video, I can’t wait not to go wink, wink.

It used to be a great place to live…back in the last 70’s early 80’s. I worked in Yellowstone during the Summer and back in town in the Winter…The amount of tourists are overwhelming; but good for business; but locals can hardly wait until their gone..LOL

I remember as a child going to Jackson. I remember the antler arch, going rafting, and sidewalks made of planks of wood. The funny part is remembering that I had no clue what the Tetons were. Silly child!

15:17 "Jackson is a real town." "Not just a tourist spot." HAHAHAHA……Jackson hasn’t been a "real town" since the early 80’s! Every once in a while I’ll watch the Clint Eastwood movie, Every Which Way You Can, just to see again what Jackson looked like when it was a "real town."

  33. Denise Farmer on July 4, 2020 at 7:31 pm

It’s Jackson Hole, not just Jackson.

Thanks for the great video Long Long Honeymoon. We went there for the first time late August into early Sept 2019. We went big on the tours and loved them all. Yellowstone, Grand Teton and Snake River Rafting. Defo a bucket list place. We stayed at the Teton Mountain Lodge. It was the most expensive hotel room I’ve ever booked. But it was all that. It had the best rooftop hot tub and fireplace patio and mountain view that I’ve ever even heard about. The lobby was a great place to hang in the evening, brilliant fireplace that the staff must operate the fireplace. (Don’t test them, they have their rules.) Lots of great food and pricing choices within walking distance from the village. High end grocery prices on spirits wine and beer within walking distance (still very holiday pricing affordable). I would recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a real western mountain wildlife experience. It was everything and more than I expected. The peeps in Jackson are top notch. Cant wait to get back. D & L Kennedy, 11/2019 .

  37. Daniel Morbitzer on July 4, 2020 at 7:34 pm

Gros Ventre was amazing! Thanks for sharing. My trip was made complete because if all of the moose! A couple even trotted through the campground at dawn.

  38. Cameron Berge on July 4, 2020 at 7:36 pm

Nothing to do with the video but i am selling everything and going full time rv living. I am leaning towards a fifth wheel because I’ve heard of bad experiences with travel trailers when towing and fish tailing. Have you ever experienced this in your travels?

Need help on park site size and our truck and trailer size. Site says 30 feet. Our trailer is 23 feet from trailer hitch to back of trailer. Our truck is 18 feet. This is a total of 41 feet. Can we park trailer and then angle truck beside/in front of trailer.

Maine has moose but mostly don’t come close to people. You’ll come up on them at night on the road and you’ll see them from the highway. Mostly they don’t come near people there
