Monster and Indeed are the worst. I’ve been applying for a job on those sites and I continuously have to take tests and never get a call from anyone.

We are living in strange times. Employers now to scared to come back to applicants themselves and rather use search sites or recruiters to avoid applicants they are not interested in.
Did the world become a better place – No it became worse. In the past employers came back to every applicant faster and with explanations as to why you failed the application. Today with so called better technology, things are taking forever and people are not straight forward anymore as to specify why someone has failed an apllication. And about 20 years ago you didn’t even need a CV.

Indeed sucks. One in like 20 employers respond to me. And I’ve got Asst manager for a year and half, supervisor for like five years.

  15. Steven Gloria on May 12, 2020 at 4:38 pm

Try using Google Job Search I found alot of my jobs from there it searches all the posts and if the same job is posted on multiple sites you can apply on whatever site you want

Don’t use ZipRecruiter it’s been taking over by scammers you get a response as soon as you apply.

Have you heard the talk about – Schallingora Font Storage Scheme (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good exclusive product for finding teaching jobs online without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my best friend Jordan after a lifetime of fighting got amazing success with it.

Indeed is easy to use but it’s not good anymore. Takes employeers so long to get back to people if they even do.
