Sheesh, DFW couldn’t be more boring. Whenever I ask a Texan what they like to do here they say, "I don’t know…"
From my point of view, there’s just eating and drinking. That’s it. And parks with nothing much to do.

  5. Napa707 on November 21, 2022 at 6:51 am

You guys are the cutest couple ever!!!

  6. MattNav on November 21, 2022 at 6:52 am

Wonderful job as always Julianna/Martín ! 😎 It’s cool to see what Dallas Fort Worth is like given my knowledge of them is limited to the fact that DFW airport is an American Airlines hub 😂 Never been to TX but it’s on the list 👍🏻

  7. Michael Michaels on November 21, 2022 at 6:56 am

Hey guys, I really enjoyed that awesome video. Thank you so much. I have to confess, I too don’t really like sharing my food also lol 😂 a true story. I hope I’m not typing too soon but, isn’t there plenty of underground’s in Dallas where you can eat and shop at shopping malls as Texas gets so HOT?

  8. Javier Perez on November 21, 2022 at 6:57 am

Hurtado Barbecue in Arlington is a must stop

So I want to ask a Texan their honest opinion of how life is like in Dallas, Houston, and Austin because I’m very interested in moving out there to be near family. There just seems to be many positives in each city that it’s so hard to choose. I’ll definitely be visiting just not sure which one first.

  12. IThinkNowListenUp on November 21, 2022 at 7:01 am

I’m noticing in a lot of your shots, it seemed quite empty of locals except for your fort worth gun fight shots. I just came back from Dallas and it felt empty. I thought it was the February winter causing the lack of people. What were your overall thoughts on the locals and the energy they add or don’t add to the city’s energy?

  13. Peter Serrano on November 21, 2022 at 7:05 am

I did hope you visisted the Reunion Tower! sigh

  14. Dan on November 21, 2022 at 7:10 am

    Thanks for the video.

Dallas and the state of Texas in general, “good” economy but nothing really special for entertainment (other than sports).

Plazas, eateries, parks that you can find in any other state/city in the US. In my opinion San Antonio may offer something more unique.

Assuming these are the top things to do in this city is not bad, but Dallas looks very average. Did you miss something?

You guys didn’t go to Deep Ellum? It’s the coolest neighborhood in Dallas! Also, in Fort Worth there is the beautiful Forth Worth Water Gardens. Def a must see

Hey Guys! I hope your doing great!
Man oh man I’m a Mexican American born in Texas but my famila is from Guanajuato and I absolutely fell in love with how you captured Austin and San Antonio I’m a very proud Tejano
But I’m from Dallas and guys I hope you loved Dallas but there is still so much you have yet to see
The wonderful sight from Reunion tower; the artistic and hipster deep ellum, the heart of Mexican culture Oak cliff (my home) where you find real comida mexicana, stroll through Jefferson blvd on a Sunday afternoon to catch the Lowriders, the Love for Selena Quintanilla , Mexican culture, art and everything, Chicano, Enjoy the Dallas night life from rooftop bars and restaurants to going to the night clubs disco, pop, r&b, Mexican you name it, the Dallas museum of art is a must, we have six flags over Texas as well as the state fair of Texas in September , take a peaceful walk around las colinas, the grand scape where you can have drinks and some games,
Visit the Texas Theatre in oak cliff where Oswald was captured and they still play movies there a true vintage experience, shop at luxurious malls like North Park mall And Galleria Mall. Go to country burger and order a Selena burger! They even have Selena contest!
Go to the Botanic Gardens in Dallas where you can get some of the most gorgeous photos! Dine out at trinity groves where you will get a splendid view of the skyline, visit the Fort Worth Zoo, enjoy the arts district, and most of all I say this for you and Martin I know where to get some real Tacos! Los más sabrosos de Tejas! I hope you guys will come back soon!
If you ever need a tour guide I’m your hombre! In the meantime Dallas is growing fast and I hope it will only grow even better the next time you visit! My best wishes for you both! Con mucho amor!

Ending up on the highway trying to get across downtown is probably the most Dallas thing there is.

Hey! I just watched y’all video for the first time. I really enjoyed y’all video, adventure and informative. Thank you for staying away from the typical "Top Ten…" style. I’m a travel vlogger and been filming outside my country (THE US). I was struggling on feeling inspired in what to film in Dallas and what to show. Y’all video really inspired and I appreciate that. I didn’t know it would be difficult to film my own country. I definitely am like & subscribing!

Thank you for the good tips. I will visit Dallas next month 🤗💙👍

    Dallas ❤️

  32. Frank Edgar on November 21, 2022 at 7:32 am

You mentioned the little parks in downtown Dallas. About 20 years ago, the city wasted about a million dollars on a study asking why people don’t spend time outside in the downtown area. Obvious answer – it’s hot…several days of 104 to 107 in July, 2022. And it’s cold in winter. We actually get more wind than the “Windy City / Chicago. Cold plus wind means it’s uncomfortable outside.
