During our time training on this lake in Odessa, FL we were struck with news of Olympic postponement. So much sacrifice endured for a fair chance at Olympic Qualification – now we wait another year.
We banded together as athletes under one Flag to finish the training cycle as a virtue of the Olympic Creed (seen above).
Now we prepare for Tokyo 2021, isolated, as a family of American paddlers all chasing the same goal.
