That rod broke from casting that heavy swimbait. When that video started I couldn’t believe you were doing that. 5/8oz max lure weight on that model, yes you can go a little over but you took it to far. Not trying ti be a know it all ass but those recommended weights are on the rod for a reason.

Over the years I have ordered dozens of rods and reels from Tackle Warehouse. There were a few that I returned for defects or just not liking them and they always made it easy.

What is the rod rated for as far as lure weight. My spinning gear is usually like 1/8-5/8 or somewhere in that vicinity but awesome it went so smooth. Another great vid 💪💪
