5 Top Apps For First Time Home Buyers | Top Real Estate House Hunting Apps
Every home buyer is looking on the internet and using apps to search for homes. There are some pros and cons of home buying apps and we will be looking at the five top apps for home buying to check for accuracy, function, how it looks and any special features that stand out. The top 5 apps we will be looking at are Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Homesnap, and Trulia, since these are the most popular home buying apps on the market today. We will use one test subject home that’s is for sale in Ascension Parish to see how this listing shows on each app and if the information is the same or differs from each.
Zillow – 1:20
realtor.com – 4:28
Redfin – 7:09
Trulia – 11:43
HomeSnap – 15:08
Regardless of your feelings personally to these companies they do have a place in the home buying process, each had its plusses and minuses but to really get the best, accurate and up to date information, you will still need to contact a licensed real estate agent to get a full detailed report. These apps are a great tool for a home buyer, but they still can’t replace the knowledge of a professional real estate agent when it comes to knowing a neighborhood, how sellers will react to certain offers and the market how it stands right now in your area.

Hey don’t know much about buying or renting houses but my mother did tell me u need a check to rent a house do u need this in any of the apps?
Hello YREW. Good to know there is different apps out there.
Lovely Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you heard about – Siyamilla Financial Bigshot (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a great exclusive product for getting financial success minus the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my close friend Aubrey at last got excellent results with it.
Very cool Intro
Your favorite is the Realtor app. You gave it a 9… 🙂
This is packed full of amazing Info thank you kristina this is an amazing video . I love the effort you have put in to this and it’s some thing no other real estate agents I have seen do . Thank you for all the effort you put in 10/10
In AZ we have 3 possible statuses for homes under contract. Pending, Active accepting back up offers, and Contingent. The last two show up as Active on these apps with no explanation that they are under contract. It can get super frustrating for clients.
I have to say some of the issues you had on the I-phone I have not had on android kinda wierd but something to mention. Like I have a street view on Zillow and the text is not wierd on the android. But over all good video
Thank you
I actually LOVE the walk thru feature on the last app! I guess we need a little of all of them rolled into the perfect one. Someone should jump on that and create the perfect app. Your fav app has to be Realtor.com…👍🏻 It’s also the one I always go too.
Hi hope your well I wanted to ask if it’s possible to buy a house with 10k down payment in New York?
Redfin is great to find open houses but otherwise I like HomeSnap. I might be bias though.
Info packed! Great idea for a video YREW. You’re always there to help!
I usually end up using realtor.com,
Excellent Video! Sorry for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you considered – Siyamilla Financial Bigshot (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a smashing one off guide for getting financial success without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my coo-worker after many years got excellent success with it.
Whenever I try to install a new app on my phone it always says that I need to free up space to add another app. Seems to me checking things out on the computer for most things is the way to go.
You sound like you have some issues with Zilow anyway ppl using Zillow 90 percent off the time
Great video!Thank you so much you helped me and my family a lot!
Good video! There’s a lot of home buying apps out there now!
Zillo is confusing. Almost every home is an arm an leg
What a great way to show some of the best apps out for buyers. How about some of the paint color apps….how accurate are they.
GU-Yrew great information! You are my favorite realtor. Nice vid! Say hi to the family for me.
